Went in with my mom today, for an issue with her account. I speak fluent English but asked for someone who spoke both languages. Was told it would be a wait because they had previous appointments. Fine. We waited about an hour. Never asked our names or checked in. But yet we saw 6 bankers sitting around, on their phones, just talking to other coworkers or just walking around back and forth. Not once did I see them working with other people while we waited. We ended up walking out.
I enjoyed the access to my accounts at Chase Bank. But the interest rates are a joke.
Mi primera visita a este banco y lo único que puedo decir es que el servicio al cliente no es de lo mejor para una institución como esta. A mi me atendió una mujer hispana en la ventanilla. No sé si este permitido masticar chicle durante su servicio, pero se ve muy mal. Les deseo lo mejor
Worst MGMT! They have no system to check in clients who have NON TELLER transactions.
