They work on my case like immigration not like the regular bank more than 20 years with them and I feel discriminated.
I love this location! Betty and Alia(aa-li-yah) are so kind and informative. Everytime I come in to get a few money orders to cover expenses they help me with grace and patience. I’m thinking of getting a home and Betty has given me some excellent tips on how I can prepare for the process. Keep up the great work Chase!
This Chase branch promised four times to send my brother a bank statement. They lied. We spent hours on the phone with Chase, begging them to grant this simple request. Chase has the worst customer service of any business in America. I have 20 news and social media platforms. And I am writing about my terrible experiences with Chase. Hopefully, this bad publicity will inspire Chase to care about its customers.
