feel like I shouldn't even bothered to open an account now I have to go in the branch to unfreeze my card after only one transaction??? but my money is stuck to the account unless I wait 3-5 busniess days already thinking about closing this account smdh

Entire team is unprofessional and misleading. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND SAFETY AT THIS LOCATION. Entire team have attitudes , and nasty dispositions and they profile you and they are impolite and rude and have you waiting for hours for assistance. When they finally decide to help you, they racially profile you and don’t know anything about what you came in for . Bank manager can’t even help you . And calling corporate doesn’t help either. False Advertisement and Unprofessional Conduct should be the motto .
