Entire team is unprofessional and misleading. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND SAFETY AT THIS LOCATION. Entire team have attitudes , and nasty dispositions and they profile you and they are impolite and rude and have you waiting for hours for assistance. When they finally decide to help you, they racially profile you and don’t know anything about what you came in for . Bank manager can’t even help you . And calling corporate doesn’t help either. False Advertisement and Unprofessional Conduct should be the motto .
This Chase branch promised six times to send my brother a bank statement. They lied. We spent hours on the phone with Chase, begging them to grant this simple request. Chase has the worst customer service of any business in America. I have 20 news and social media platforms. And I am writing about my terrible experiences with Chase. Hopefully, this bad publicity will inspire Chase to care about its customers.
They work on my case like immigration not like the regular bank more than 20 years with them and I feel discriminated.
