This Chase branch promised four times to send my brother a bank statement. They lied. We spent hours on the phone with Chase, begging them to grant this simple request. Chase has the worst customer service of any business in America. I have 20 news and social media platforms. And I am writing about my terrible experiences with Chase. Hopefully, this bad publicity will inspire Chase to care about its customers.
Nice place ! Very clean and professional
I haven't been coming here for that long but I have no complaints at all about this branch...it's my go too. Gummy bear. Aliyah is my number 1 teller...so professional, nice and cute! Betty also has the same qualities! Security is always there and it feels safe enough for a 5min transaction.
