My first experience there was ok. Long wait, staff wasn't as friendly as other banking locations but nothing out of ordinary. My second & third experiences however were the WORST OF MY LIFE at any bank. The manager refused to help me at the window with a simple transaction & when I went in & asked her for another manager so I could complain (she claimed she was the only one as she smirked & basically laughed in my face) I think she's now director there or something) Very rude woman! This bank location gives chase a bad name.
