I wish they had more branches in this area This is the only place around, if you wanna save on your gas. I'm satisfied with their customer service and bank service, but I wish there were more branches. I have to go to the Upland branch for almost 20 minutes to get some assistance there. There was a branch on Haven Ave, but not anymore. Still wondering if they gonna have one in rancho Cucamonga area.
nice I have a savings account here and there is such a friendly welcoming environment here. And there is no more walking to the teller stand alone the teller will actually leave his/her booth (there are 6 or so in the middle making a circle) and come and get you out of line, Talk about service! Really friendly people the line goes by fast. I will never go back to State Farm again.
WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK-- only two tellers on a friday I always need to make quick deposits in the bank so that i can continue out my day to do other things, but i can't because there are always only two tellers in the bank! i've had patience for way too long but now i'm speaking out. it would make a lot more sense to have at least FIVE TELLERS ON A FRIDAY!!
contact branch Today I tried calling the branch at 2:15 p.m. The automated phone system sends you on a wild-goose chase before you can get to an operator. After 10 minutes of waiting for an operator, my update said that representatives are busy and for me to keep waiting. I hung up the phone at 2:34 p.m. No one should be waiting to speak with someone in the banking institution for such a long time. I'm in Maryland and trying to get to someone in Conyers, GA is ridiculous. All I want to know is where do I mail my loan payment... read more
Always friendly I like banking with Washington Mutual and the staff at the, what I call, Tanasbourne branch is great. They are sometimes understaffed, but all the tellers are aware of everyone in there and move as fast as they can to get everyone waited on in a timely manner.
Avoid at all possible costs! I opened an account because I needed to do a wire transfer. I was told that I can do it on line. Well, the interface does not allow you to make it (to complete an activation process which is required to performed first, that is), the phone number listed at 'contuct us' gives you a run around, another phone number that was listed in Chase package, put me on hold for half an hour, after which I had to hang up. Good Customer I have had the worst customer service nightmare by trying to get help from people in Indonesia, Costa Rica, whereever, etc. When I sent in my March mortgage payment, I left $.85 off of the payment check. I don't know --maybe I was paying bills late at night or something. I confess to leaving the 85 cents off the check. Well, you would have thought I had robbed a Chase Bank! We have always been treated great. Chase Everman may be a branch of a large chain, but when we had problems closing on a loan ( other banks fault), they treated us like we were the only customers they had. We have banked with them for many years, and are always treated like it was a home town bank.
