To be honest that was my first experience with Chase bank and my banker was Vitaliy, I sincerely appreciate for his help and support. I opened checking account with credit card account and he made it very smooth and stress free. Thank you for everything.
Had a great experience here! The service was friendly and everything was well-organized.
If I could give this bank branch 0 stars I would. Made appointments for a new account. Both times I get there and they don’t have a record of my appointment. I got text confirmations both times. Take your business elsewhere. These people are rude and unapologetic of their mistakes.
