Love this branch security guard is awesome always greets customers with a smile. Got to the tellers and met a awesome teller name Dom he was very friendly funny and personable 5 star service keep up the great work Dom you deserve a raise
When a bank won't exchange Canadian currency without having an account with that bank, it makes this bank completely worthless.

The worst customer service , they treating you like criminal , today it was a lady (from Filipina or Asia ) brown girl as cashier but super mean we trying to cash our paycheck then for no reason she said NO and walk away ,so we call our boss to said she don’t want to cash the paycheck then he said go back everything is normal what she’s talking about ? Then we back and she hide and the other cashier (guy) were pretending checking in the computer our paycheck to see if everything it’s ok , so finally he said everything is goo... read more
