Everyone has always been kind and professional when i have gone in to make a deposite, but the lack of restrooms is an issue. Many of Chase banks and JP Morgans slogans sell the product of being human centered...what is more human than providing access to human facilities? Withholding this access does the opposite and proclaims an upholding and promotion of dehumanization.
To be honest that was my first experience with Chase bank and my banker was Vitaliy, I sincerely appreciate for his help and support. I opened checking account with credit card account and he made it very smooth and stress free. Thank you for everything.

If I could give this bank branch 0 stars I would. Made appointments for a new account. Both times I get there and they don’t have a record of my appointment. I got text confirmations both times. Take your business elsewhere. These people are rude and unapologetic of their mistakes.
