Poor customer service went twice to open my child a high school account and got turned away both times due to the lack of the work ethic and not trying to help me an hour before they close. They said it’s takes 40 min. To open an account and they close an hour and I should make an appointment, mind you their banking hours suck for someone that has working hours and I did my best to get there at 3:50 to have extra time not get turned away for the second time but they still did and now I will be going to a different bank to op... read more
