They are not prepared for commercial customers. The manager lady shoved me to a new teller when she saw , it was involved with little work. Horrible customer service. I was told you taking my time I am taking yours. All I wanted to do was trying to make card payment. The big manager lady is mean but tried to act smart.
Quick in and out
There are three drive up Lanes that are all blocked off and it says please use our ATMs. There is one ATM outside in the drive up. And there is one drive-thru in the lobby that is not working. It seems like this is becoming more common Chase needs to get it together! I think they are becoming more of an inconvenience of banking than a convenience for customers.
Need more tellers. I always seem to have to wait 5 mins at least, sometimes over 10 and I'm the only person in the line while 1-2 tellers are with customers. They usually only have 1 to 2 tellers working and unfortunately there is no drive thru tellers just ATMs ok outside. The employees are very nice though.
