There are three drive up Lanes that are all blocked off and it says please use our ATMs. There is one ATM outside in the drive up. And there is one drive-thru in the lobby that is not working. It seems like this is becoming more common Chase needs to get it together! I think they are becoming more of an inconvenience of banking than a convenience for customers.
Need more tellers. I always seem to have to wait 5 mins at least, sometimes over 10 and I'm the only person in the line while 1-2 tellers are with customers. They usually only have 1 to 2 tellers working and unfortunately there is no drive thru tellers just ATMs ok outside. The employees are very nice though.

This branch doesnt own any of the ATMs present at their facility, including the one in the lobby. If the ATM loses your cash deposit, they cant do anything about it and will tell you to file a police report to be allowed access to the security video.
