How dare you have a Chase location and not give me the cash in my account with my license. You have a teller window yet you constructed over it. Extremely frustrating experience. Debit card are unsafe and shouldn’t be carried. I don’t want to use your ATM. I want a teller experience and you made me drive 10 minutes further down the street. Just close this location if you aren’t going to staff it appropriately
I was with a customer of yours and Dymry the clerk was great, has a good repor with customers. She just what Omar need to have done
This location has absolutely no purpose there. The staff is not helpful, you have to stand around hoping someone shows up. The staff is NOT willing to assist and they are quick to send you to another Chase location. Waste of space!!!
