Justin Chen was just wonderful. We met to open my business account. He was knowledgeable and was able to give me all the information I needed and lay out all of my options. He also got me set up with my business credit card. He was very personable and made my experience a wonderful one. He also told me the other services he could offer me for my business as well as personally. I would recommend if you need a new account or credit card to make an appointment with Justin Chen!
Justin Chen was great, as a Canadian opening a bank account he was very knowledgeable and professional.
Victor is great guy
Poor experience. Had my appointment with a banker who was also from the Indian subcontinent. Observing the same background, he started conversing in Hindi and asking personal questions. I did not appreciate the intrusiveness. Would avoid this branch.

His communication was clear and prompt, he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt confident about the decisions I was making.
