Always excellent customer service!
The drive thru ATM was off, the other ATM was malfunctioning and did not want to give me 20s. 5 employees walked passed me as the manager asked me to move away from the door for security reasons. I guess since the bank ATMs was broken 5 people should ignore a customer or treat me as a threat. Already the most ridiculous location for a bank anyway, good luck pulling out. Go to another Chase branch.
