Horrible experience Oct 11 10:40pm at the Madison ave entrance for the ATM’s.The night security guard big bold man with rotten teeth’s and dark complex completely blocked the door with his bags and wouldn’t let Chase clients get in just because he wanted to take his sweet time and when people tried to go around him he was looking for a fight yelling racial slurs toward white clients even after he was offered help to move his things out of the way.Branch manager please review video footage,he is a very big liability to this b... read more
Horrific customer service. Refused to fill out a necessary form that has been done at several other branches year in and year out. Completely unhelpful and argumentative falsely describing what and why they couldn’t do what a different branch did in minutes when I left without incident. Huge waste of time, stay far away!
