The door latch is broken so anyone can get in. I went to deposit money via the ATM yesterday and while doing so a homeless man walked in and started asking me for money while I stood at the ATM. I gave him some money but then he remained in the small room with me and watched me as I finished my deposit all the while asking personal questions that were very uncomfortable. Please fix the door!
Very slow, wanted to withdraw a large sum of my money teller told me I couldn't, came back following day had same problem with said teller, another teller came out from the back that I knew problem solved, she thought it was her money, withdrew all my money after that
terrible customer service -- on a Saturday morning the sole "banker" spent 1/2 hour on the phone solving some personal issue. Then the same banker asked me to come back 1/2 hour before close which I did. HOWEVER he was so slow w/ his then customer than he kicked me out at closing time..... w/o my teenage child account opened. 3 minutes later he was out on the street getting his subway ride...... and by the way a Banker is somebody who owns a bank (such as J P Morgan) when you are pushing paper or entering data at a banking b... read more
bad costumer service I have ever had I was even confused if I was really inside a bank the workers were very unprofessional and rude.
