I wish I had something positive to report but my experience today was concerning. The employee that tried to help us regarding a Chase credit card issue was beyond incompetent. Confused, kept repeating incorrect responses and had literally NO customer service experience at all. Really sad that banking has gone this route... after all... this is a banking institution in charge of our finances. Considering other options for banking now.
If it’s possible for a -10 rating, I would give it to this branch! Customer Service is the worst ever experienced at any bank. Employees are not attentive to customers standing in line and waiting for service. Managers stand behind glass offices, but never come out to assist. No one at this branch cares about anything other than collecting their check.
Fine banking services at this Chase branch. It also has JP Morgan investments at this branch. I find banking with Chase makes financial management easier than working with other banks. Personable staff at all levels.
Do not come if you need more than an ATM. They're incompetent and too busy chatting with each other about holiday plans to do much.
