No bueno, Chase bank. System is so happy to say goodbye. No assistance provided. Could not speak with anybody over the phone. An assistant from 800 number also could not get anybody on the phone.
Absolutely useless…my ID has expired. I’m trying to get change by giving them the cash, not withdrawing anything from the account…would not give me the change…had to wait 20 mins to begin with… I will be closing my account… the service is crap
It was my first time at this specific Chase bank, I came to inquire about credit cards and Tobi here was very helpful! Staff here are knowledgeable, welcoming, & overall friendly. Thank you!
