I will never go to this chase branch again. Came in to renew both my personal and business CDs. There were only 2 bankers open which was very disappointing. I came in and waited over 45 mins to get help but still no one was available. Since there's no reasonable parking, I had to pay the meter $1.50 for 1 hour. At the 50 minute mark, I completely gave up and realized with 3 people ahead of me, it was impossible to get help. If you are a small business, looking for support - THIS BRANCH IS NOT FOR YOU. Why are the ATMs closed after a certain hour? What’s the point of having the Card Scanner outside which is supposed to unlock the doors if it’s still going to be locked?
