I will never go to this chase branch again. Came in to renew both my personal and business CDs. There were only 2 bankers open which was very disappointing. I came in and waited over 45 mins to get help but still no one was available. Since there's no reasonable parking, I had to pay the meter $1.50 for 1 hour. Why are the ATMs closed after a certain hour? What’s the point of having the Card Scanner outside which is supposed to unlock the doors if it’s still going to be locked?

Tony Nguyen is very nice and professional. I went a week ago and spoke to a lady asking for help to open a checking account. The lady told me to do it online just because I want to use a coupon. I then tried to do it online but didn’t work and I came again today. I asked for someone else because I don’t think the lady was helpful. I was lucky to get help from Tony. He’s very professional.
