Can someone please just answer the phone? Call the branch, no answer. Call the “main line” no answer. Finally get through to the main line and they give me some sort of secret number for the branch to call directly…still no answer. And better yet you can’t hold or leave a message it just hangs up.
Went To Get Money From The ATM At This Location And Received Cash That Had A Awful/Very Strong Smell Like Mothballs.
This place was clean, efficient, and everyone was so friendly. Shout out to Codie for being awesome, and the lollipops are a nice touch!!
Very friendly staff easy to talk to. Also when I was asking questions about home loans last year they were able to tell me everything I needed to know. I will definitely consider chase for a loan before trying anyone else. Working on stabilizing my income, growing a fat savings, and growing my credit score! The only thing I’d say is a bummer is sometimes the wait can take a little while whenever I need to talk to someone.
