When I need actual help the employees in the building have been very helpful, HOWEVER, chase needs to do something about their atms at this location. The amount of times I have gone there and the drive through doesn't work, has no cash is just frustrating. The inside atm is no better and is a total crap shoot if it has cash or not. Is this not a bank.... shouldn't it be.... have money... in the money robot? This isn't a one time thing, this has been ongoing for YEARS....
I've been using Chase Bank 15 + years I have multiple personal accounts, business accounts end credit cards with Chase bank. I've had many interactions with the staff at the Blue Ash location (opening accounts, getting documents notarized etc.) I have always felt welcome here. Dylan and Stella are wonderful. I thought I'd write this review because I just walked in as the doors were being locked and Stella did not hesitate to help me. Stella Mannas is an exceptional employee at Chase. She is highly knowledgeable, competent and patient. She warmly greeted us, and then spent an hour working through difficult banking issues. Kudos to Stella!!
