One of these worst Chase Morgan branches in my 10 years+ with CM. ATMs never work on weekends or before business hours. Chase’s phone customer service is atrocious and would gladly see this location bulldozed and made into a Wawa.
Outside ATM doesn’t accept cash deposit & is consistently broken.
This branch is not a regular branch. No tellers. Have to go to Kenwood to do a simple withdraw
There is a single person at this bank capable of providing service, and if they are busy you will be told to make an appointment. That would be fine if they respected appointment times, but that same person will take a walk-in 2 minutes before your appointment whether you have one or not. Don’t waste your time.
