There is a single person at this bank capable of providing service, and if they are busy you will be told to make an appointment. That would be fine if they respected appointment times, but that same person will take a walk-in 2 minutes before your appointment whether you have one or not. Don’t waste your time.
They are a “Cashless branch”, cant deposit money here. The lady was helpful in suggesting another branch.
No working ATM, no open drive-through lanes at 2:45 on a Monday? Thanks! Guess I'll pay $4 at a non chase ATM then switch banks asap
