Always the finest customer service. We are small depositors with only about 20k total but we are treated like millionaires Chase is always vigilant regarding any possible fraud, etc.
Customer service is the worst. LAURA is one of the managers she is absolutely terrible I wanted to open an account for my son, and the guy she had helping me was extremely incompetent he told me about a 300 promo witch I agreed and signed up for only to look me in my face and call me a lair when I did not receive the money. Laura treated me like scum and was no help resolving the issue. Very condescending and unhelpful, avoid these people at all cost. Horrible service and no morals for a management
