Unfortunately we are not allowing to go lower than 1. If you are looking for customer service I’d look for another branch. This one is not capable of follow up, follow through. They can not clearly communicate a message. The branch manager was supposed to Help me. She was just as bad as the rest. Actually, if our expectations of a leadership team or person are or should be higher, then she was terrible. Choose another branch.
