0 stars i would never recommend this bank terrible communication. Turned a simple interaction to a 2 days problem that never got resolved. Blasphemy. Overall terrible service.
Needs work better managers
Had to wait over an hour to speak to a banker to open a checking account. The bankers saw one person before me in all that time. I was then made aware that they couldn't even help me after all the time waiting. Do not recommend. Go across the street to bank of America.
