Had to wait over an hour to speak to a banker to open a checking account. The bankers saw one person before me in all that time. I was then made aware that they couldn't even help me after all the time waiting. Do not recommend. Go across the street to bank of America.
Very bad experience with the bank. Tried to open a bank account and it seems like the bank has cheap unqualified bank tellers and discriminates against specific nationalities. The bank refused to open a bank account after showing them more than the necessary documents. I wouldn't trust them at any cost for my money.
Staffs are polite, having a clean area and they give me a satisfied transactions. The location is accessible too, the only thing is the outside ATM is too slow to operate.
More than 2 hours waiting to open an account.. more than 2 hours with the same customer .. Worst customer service
