More than 2 hours waiting to open an account.. more than 2 hours with the same customer .. Worst customer service
Staffs are polite, having a clean area and they give me a satisfied transacrions. The location is accessible too, the only thing is the outside ATM is too slow to operate.
Deposited $3600 in their ATM in the branch, the machine had a malfunction and wouldn't deposit the funds into my account. After several phone calls to customer service I'm being told that I have to wait while they "investigate". I've been banking with Chase for over 10 years and this is very disappointing. Once my money clears I will he switching banks and closing my account. I implore the rest of you to do the same.
WELL-LOCATED BANK! I think this Chase is very conveniently located on the West Side of Florida. It's near a busy street, several communities, and a shopping plaza. It's also on the way out of town if you're going to take highway 74. I usually stop by here when I need to get a cashiers check or make a quick deposit before I leave the valley. The gentleman who helped me this last time was pretty nice but kind of gave me suspicious looks.
