Great service and great customer service
So far I have had pretty wonderful experiences here especially with Nicole. I’ve opened two accounts and even when there were some issues with documentation, she’s been right on it and helping you with a credit card issue as well. I couldn’t be more happier!
The marketing has to stop! EVERYTIME I log on I get the same 4 alerts that I have a message, I don't care 9if I log on 6 times a day I get the SAME 4 marketing SPAMS and then I get the same 4 commercials in the USPS. Stop this insanity now.

I have been with Chase for over 9 years now and I am officially DONE!!! Mentally, it's not worth the weight of stress on my mind and body. I had a biopsy on my left breast and I am currently waiting for results so the last thing I need right now is my own local bank adding to my stress.
