This review isn’t about the employees; it’s about the branch’s equipment and overall upkeep. The drive‑through kiosk was out of service with no warning, no sign, and no direction for customers. After being forced to go inside, I found the indoor kiosks to be extremely slow and visibly unclean, which made the experience even more frustrating. Great service and great customer service
So far I have had pretty wonderful experiences here especially with Nicole. I’ve opened two accounts and even when there were some issues with documentation, she’s been right on it and helping you with a credit card issue as well. I couldn’t be more happier!
