I have been with Chase for over 9 years now and I am officially DONE!!! Mentally, it's not worth the weight of stress on my mind and body. I had a biopsy on my left breast and I am currently waiting for results so the last thing I need right now is my own local bank adding to my stress. The staff here are always attentive and friendly, Shawn Helped me setup a personal checking account and took his time explaining everything to me, I'm very happy with Chase and their customer service!
Shaun who I usually see is always helpful and friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. This particularly day Ashley helped me. She listened, paid attention, great eye contact. Took care of what I needed promptly. And happily off I went.
