Customer service horrible They don’t know that the customer is the reason they’re even open. Very unhelpful when it comes to questions I will make sure I will look for another bank to do business with in the future.

Worst Bank location ever. Went in due to a problem with an automated payment did not process. Their call center said I had to go to the local branch which I did. Upon speaking with the branch manager, they instantly gaslit me saying I must have canceled the payment and I'm the reason why I didn't process without looking into it at all. They failed to do any job instead. Pointing me back to the call center. After speaking with reporting this, they did find an error on their side that had nothing to do with me. Well my boyfriend went in to get a check cashed. Waited 20 mins. The lady comes back and throws the check at him and says she can't help him. He went to a different chase . The lady there was super nice and guess what? Cashed the check. Hopefully this branch gets repermended.
