Worst experience. They say we open at 9AM and does not open doors till 9:15AM. Staff is late. There were 4 staff onsite and only 1 window had staff members. Other window staff was there and he was using his phone. If there is long line of customer then 2 windows should be open. It's a common customer care sense. Worst Worst Worst. This happend on October 5 2024.
Long lines and super slow atm machines……
If i can give this place 0 stars i would! Went to open a business account with an appointment and Jessica Martinez the person I’m suppose to open the account with tells me she doesn’t open business accounts after 2:30 because she is going home soon! I explained to her that the system allowed for a 2:30 appointment and she insisted I cant be seen, I got up and said I’ll just go to another bank and she proceeded to bad mouth me to her worker and gave me a dirty look as i walked out when i heard what she said. Muy bueno ese lugar
I was there just to open an new CD account yesterday. I had terrible experiences. First, the waiting time is almost an hour. Only on teller was working with a long waiting line there. When it was my turn the second teller just showed up. She took more than 5 minutes to open up her machine and make the application available. If this is not her issue, I can't believe such a big company the infrastructure is so outdated to meet the need of daily operation.
