My wife went to deposit a large sum of cash, but they refused to accept it, claiming the bills were counterfeit. I went to the next nearest bank, and they accepted them without any problem. Very poor service.

I’ve had a very inconsistent experience at this branch. The ATMs are frequently out of order or fail to dispense cash, which is a major inconvenience. Additionally, the customer service is a hit-or-miss depending on the day, you might get a helpful representative or someone who seems uninterested. I’d recommend checking another location if you’re in a rush

Every time I come here I have the worst experience with one gentleman...his name starts with the letter "M" and sits at one of the desk areas. Just rude and doesn't listen to a customer concerns

Chase as a consumer bank is a joke. They make everything super difficult and honestly it’s not even worth banking with them. Wells Fargo here I come!

Worst experience. They say we open at 9AM and does not open doors till 9:15AM. Staff is late. There were 4 staff onsite and only 1 window had staff members. Other window staff was there and he was using his phone. If there is long line of customer then 2 windows should be open. It's a common customer care sense. Worst Worst Worst. This happend on October 5 2024.
