Very nice bank, teller windows are right up front . Friendly people from the door to behind the counter.🙂
This is the only branch I have a bad experience at. Every time I go here it’s something. The customer service is terrible every time Georgia is involved. I ask for something specific it’s a problem. This location is in the east end so idk if I don’t look fancy enough or what but every time I leave this branch I want to start a new bank amount somewhere else. Exceptional service and friendly employees.
I’ve been a Chase customer for many years, and I’ve generally been happy to bank with them. Two of the three locations near my house closed after COVID, leaving me with one to rely on. My experience with the Chase location on Shelbyville Road has become increasingly frustrating. I recently received a letter stating that I would now be charged a $15 monthly fee for my (long-standing) account. There are now stipulations in place to avoid that fee, yet I don't qualify. Madelyn was extremely nice and efficient. She was a pleasure too deal with and should be given a week off with pay. The customer is always right.
