I have been a Chase customer for over four years. During a recent visit to complete a wire transfer for a significant payment, the service I received from Andrea Rodriguez did not meet expectations. I felt there was an unnecessary level of doubt regarding my account and limited opportunity to calmly explain the transaction. I would like to sincerely thank Andrea Rodriguez for her help this afternoon. She was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the interaction. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Little attention. I lost an hour of my work. An appointment scheduled for 1 week. Wait 40 minutes and then tell me that they won't be able to attend to me. That's why I prefer to drive to other branches. And my house is 2 minutes from this branch. It always happens.
