ATM’s don’t work half the time. After waiting in line to withdraw cash at this locations ATM. I go about my transaction only to get to the last page the ATM gave me my card back and the door for the cash out kept beeping but never opened. There was no signage or notice that this ATM was out of order or did not have money. I went inside the branch Monday morning to let them know that I was charged out of my account when I have never received any money from the ATM. The manager was incredibly unprofessional. I witnessed her screaming at a young female teller simply because the teller was taking extra time to assist an elderly man. The manager's behavior was so nasty that I felt compelled to intervene. I plan to get her name and will update this feedback.
I had a very disappointing experience at Chase Bank. I came in with all the required documents to open a new account—license, ID, everything—and there were still 1.5 hours left before closing. Despite that, the assistant banker, Luis, told me they couldn’t help me. It was clear they just didn’t want to take the time, even though I was fully prepared and it wasn’t near closing. Came a Saturday at 1pm and the manager (Luis ) didn’t even take the time to try to help us his words were basically “That there is no time to open an account and that the appointments they have are till June but that I can try different chase location” instead of trying to provide great customer service he preferred to be dismissive.
The worst customer service.in the Perth Amboy Branch .I was in the long line..Maria and Luis were not helpful they told me they had a policy that did not exist I then called corporate to verify the policy was a lie..go to a different branch or just call or do transaction online..but don't waste your time at this branch...on top of the waiting you have to pay for parking.. they are not good when it comes to customer service....
