Long lines, and half the time the ATMs are not working.
Do yourself a favor and dont come to this branch. First of all, it's impossible to find parking. They only have 1 banker for a branch full of people waiting while the rest of the employees are just walking around aimlessly. I managed to get an appointment and then was told it would take approximately 2 hours after my scheduled time.
by far the absolute worst bank ever. closed my account & they said the person that last sent me through zelle has to come in with me to identify themselves. not in their policy nothing.
this place is based off favoritism. I had no luck for over 2 weeks to successfully make an appointment. While others walk in an get attended for the same thing.. Smh this place needs a better staff. I don't bank here my father does
Once I’ve closed my account, I’ve been having so many issues with fraud accounts opening under my name with this Bank in particular. Online applications and accounts being approved without my consent. Time consuming and frustrating to deal with. Uninterested in resolving my issue over the phone until I physically asked for help at a local branch
