So I opened an account because they charged $10 to cash checks. I'm a contractor go figure, anyways something happened they locked my account. So I go in the bank with two checks to cash Guess what they won't cash the checks even though they know that the reason my account is locked is their fault. But they still want to charge me 20 bucks to cash two checks even though they know I'm a customer. Camilla Spears! Worst person to deal with at this location. My husband has an account here and he wanted to add me and convert it to joint account. This is not our first time so we already know the procedure but she thought we’re dumb enough. She started off by saying she needs all my husband’s documents which btw all banks have details of their existing clients. Nobody answers the phone. No option to hold for the next representative, they just disconnect the phone call.
As a doctor, I understand the value of time, both mine and others’. My recent experience with Crystal Kirkwood at Chase Bank was an appalling display of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service. My family and I waited for 20 minutes to open a bank account, despite being the only ones waiting to see a banker. The branch was adequately staffed, with no long lines or apparent reason for the delay.
