As a doctor, I understand the value of time, both mine and others’. My recent experience with Crystal Kirkwood at Chase Bank was an appalling display of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service. My family and I waited for 20 minutes to open a bank account, despite being the only ones waiting to see a banker. The branch was adequately staffed, with no long lines or apparent reason for the delay. I thought Chase was a full service bank. I thought wrong. For account services, we were sent across town. For a notary, we weren't able to complete the task because no one was willing to be a witness to our signature. There is no public restroom for customers. The employees are very busy talking to each other about getting nails done and various other subjects whilst I wait for someone to help me. As a fairly new member/customer, not impressed so far. I may move all these accounts.
They suck my misses opened an account and they didn't look up the sign on bonus my service rep did and I'm trying to call them and it goes everywhere but where I want to go. Poor service.
Useless in every sense possible, I can’t fathom another way to describe it
