I stopped going to the Chase bank in Roanoke in 2023 to poor experience on multiple occasions with a particular manager. That location is right up the street from our office. I decided to drive out of my way to this one and was greeted by Francesco! BOY WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I get greeted by name every time I go deposit $ for our hotel. I've been going here for 2 years now. He's awesome, you are very lucky to have him!
Walked in 20 minutes to close and was greeted and serviced without any issues. This was after a terrible experience at the Golden triangle branch in Denton. Amanda and her team in southlake are awesome!! They showed us a great customer service experience and gave me renewed faith that customer service is still a thing. Go see Drake he took great care of us. Thanks again for the great service.

Francesco was awesome! I came to do weekly deposits for my hotel and switched to this location after poor customer service at another location. He was always bright and friendly! After our hotel went cashless, I was disappointed not to see his friendly face as much anymore! Thanks for being a highlight to my sometimes crazy day! - Kenna
I had two interactions with chase bank offices today. One is in Grapevine and the second is in Southlake. Both of them made me feel happy because of the service from the tellers. Such a pleasure to come here and be treated like a family member! Maria was very friendly and helpful. I am glad Chase bank has such amazing service!!!
