If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We are leaving Chase after 10 years because their wire transfer process for business customers is quite possibly the worst in all of banking. If you own a business, do not bank with Chase. This most recent issue has cost our firm $2,400 in interest and many hours of wasted time. ETA as of April 2nd. It is now $3,600 in interest with no foreseeable resolution. I’ll report back as their incompetence continues.
We appreciate Mr. Jesus Martinez kind service and assistance in helping to reorder our debit card, and deal with issues of our investment banking. He is funny and knowledgeable, this branch definitely needs more banker like him.
This location has the best team ive seen in a long time. There is around 25 people working at this location.
