Ms. Megan (Manager) and Ms. Melanie (Teller), are patience and extremely helpful. Our 19 year old is buying her first vehicle and those ladies where thorough in the bank process from deposits, transfers, cashier check, and auto loan financing. Thank you for you for making this seemless and welcoming.

Not sure why this chase is only 3.5 stars. Everyone was so warm, friendly, and communicated great. I was nervous going into a bank on my own for the first time to open a new account but Andrew was very helpful and gave me great advice as he walked me through everything. A wonderful first experience.
I stopped going to the Chase bank in Roanoke in 2023 to poor experience on multiple occasions with a particular manager. That location is right up the street from our office. I decided to drive out of my way to this one and was greeted by Francesco! BOY WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I get greeted by name every time I go deposit $ for our hotel. I've been going here for 2 years now. He's awesome, you are very lucky to have him!
