I had chase bank 5 years they let me get hacked 10 times and charged me 35.0p each time for a new card at times 200% of the time the hackers. Would get my card information before me. Then I get hit for another 35.00 for a new card im so done
Ever since covid this Bank hasn't been a real bank. They don't have any any tellers at all. They took out all the drive-thru stuff it's just atms. There are three or four people inside but they sure don't need to have that much staff they only need one person to open the safety deposit boxes or do loans or whatever. They're ATMs didn't give any option for denominations so you're stuck with whatever they give you. This isn't a real Bank anymore they might as well close it

This is not an actual full service bank and it would be helpful if there was more signage outside and online to make it more clear that most banking actions cannot be completed before wasting everyone's time going to this location thinking they are going to a bank.
The world would be a better place if this location would just shut down. I deposit thousands and thousands of dollars every month. Your temporarily closures have become a huge inconvenience. A couple times is one thing. This location closes whenever they deem necessary with no heads up or notification to their customers. You have wasted my time and fuel for the last time. Hopefully West Chester will serve me better or I’ll just move my money elsewhere instead of banking with clowns.
