My experience was terrible at the Bellville branch. As soon as I walked in I was looked up and down by an employee, I greeted her and told her I wanted to open up a bank account, without hesitations she quickly told me there were no openings for opening an account; she told me to stand in line and to speak to a teller, when I get to the teller, she the teller.... asking me what did I need.... she said she would schedule an appointment for me and I would receive a text message about my appointment, but I never received.
