I made an appointment a week in advance for 9:00. I arrived at 9:06. I sat and waited for 45 minutes. At 9;30 a woman came out of her cubicle and said you have an appointment? I told her yes and it was for 9:00. She looked at the gentleman to my right and said, “ well his appointment was for 9:30 and it’s 9:30”. I told her that I had been sitting and waiting since 9:06.
