Review for Chase Bank – Belleville Branch I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. I scheduled an appointment in advance, only to arrive and be told that the person I was supposed to meet with was no longer working there—without any prior notification. I waited for two hours, during which time they assisted someone else ahead of me. No one took the time to apologize, accommodate us, or even acknowledge the inconvenience we were experiencing. Customer service is lacking across the country and this branch reminds you that they are no different. Tellers have no information about banking services like when the notary is in, nor are they concerned. They do treat you with a little more care if you are Hispanic. Do yourself a favor and stay away’
