Fifth Third Banks have re-opened their lobbies to walk in traffic. They care about their customers. Chase is all about making things easier for themselves and not their customers. I called and was told you had no idea when lobbies would fully re-open. If 5th 3rd can re-open, so can Chase.
The best customer service, extra friendly and will ALWAYS go out of their way to make sure EVERYTHING IS FIXED AND CORRECT!!!!@!!
Worse customer service ever 3rd of tha month & no tellers 1hr wait 2 cash a check cutbacks r horrible here
