Please Note I have a Business Account with Chase Bank Karen (employee) refuse to cash my check Please Note the Check is a JPMorgan Chase Bank Check !!! Racist and Horrible Service // Never came to this Branch and I definitely do not recommend anyone in the Bipoc Community to do Either !!! Excellent Bank w/excellent staff, however... Drive through banking service can be spotty, most recently the machine has been out of service for several weeks. When asked, staff inside admit they are helpless to move repairs along. Best to telephone first to see if drive-thru is working... Good luck!
