The people who work here are completely incompetent. Only walk inside if you want a good laugh..
Vito (Manager) was amazing! I had a one-off request and he did everything he can to research into it and accommodate accordingly. He was able to resolve it and I am sure no other major bank would have been able to. Best customer service, best staff! Vito is amazing!
On September 16, 2024 around 1 PM, I brought my father to the Chase Branch located in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. We waited over 20 minutes for a banker. My father was verified with the teller and banker with his UNEXPIRED State ID. The banker tried helping us with his mortgage question, however, the mortgage rep would not speak to us without a translator. My father is deaf.
