Never again pulling and cloaing all my accounts
I’ve been a long time client of Chase, before it was even Chase. I recently pulled multiple accounts because of this branch and specifically the manager Sana. She gave me the run around and was supposed to get back to me multiple times to resolve an important account matter, and NEVER kept to her word.
