Don't feel safe .... Everything seems kinda weird.
Poor customer service & too long of a waiting period !!
Had to withdrawl some cash from my account because mine was locked out due to some checks being stolen. Their system was down due to a microsoft web outage but everyoe in here was so super jice and extreamly helpful! They got my digital card added to my gpay and helped me setup a pin so i can withdrawl money! Thank you so much really feel like they went above and beyond when they didnt have to!
Why sign in if you have to wait at least 30 minutes to see some one. This branch needs to be more efficient. 6-13-24 Here again in the branch. The ATM machine inside the building is out of service. Tellers are unaware why their line is so long. Thursday thru Saturday their should be more Tellers working these hours.
