Very dissatisfied at this chase branch. No bankers, just atm’s and the workers said we don’t carry any money on hand? It’s a bank. Just avoid this branch and go to a real chase Bank.
my experience with this bank was terrible leading to a huge mess with my accounts. zero accountability or response on the matter from the branch, it's managers or the banker.
I had very bad experience, I got into the branch at LA Paz and eliso Viejo, I went to a station to get assistance for a domestic wire transfer, I gave the officer my info and the account where the money to be transfered to, filled up the form after all is done he gave me the receipt asked me for a cash fee of $15.00, which I paid him. When I got home, I went through the paperwork, I found out that my account was charged $335.00, so I started questioning why do I have to pay an extra $15.00 in cash on top of the $335.00.
