Terrible service. Tried to order some new bills for the holidays…. After a week of thinking they were ordered, I called to check on them and was told they couldn’t order them…. As a long term client they could have told me or called me.

I recently learned that Chase is the top bank funding the fossil fuel industry and other non-environmental friendly activities around the world. I moved my assets to Beneficial State bank which is a responsible bank. People be aware and acknowledge that. Let's stop funding big-oil to secure our future.
