Yesterday I walked into chase Bank without knowing I needed an appointment. I had a very different situation far from normal. The set an appointment for me, I waited for 20 minutes, and was offered water. It a wonderful experience, they provided great customer service. I recommend this location to everyone.

I have nothing to say about this branch, but good things. Yvonne is someone who makes customers feel welcomed and well taken care of. She does as much as she can to help you with your banking doubt and gladly guides you into the right direction. Let us have more Yvonnes.
Came in to the branch right before closing. The staff was very accommodating and personable. The banker that assisted me, Kenyatta, not only helped me with my banking issue but also informed me of Chase services that I qualified for but didn't know about. Glad to have this as my branch office.
