Made an appointment online for 4pm. Waited 20 minutes, then was told they were unable to do a medallion signature guarantee. Unacceptable.
Universal Banker told me Chase Bank don’t put alerts on low balances, and she pretended to type on her computer the notes of our conversation, but after going to another chase Bank in a white suburb she had not typed anything on my account
They don’t answer the phone at all
