Chase does NOT care about their customers! Last weekend, I went to 4 different Chase ATM's and they were ALL 4 out of cash, so I had to use a Non-Chase ATM and they charged me $6.00. And when I called about it, they refused to credit my account saying it was my fault and that there was an ATM just 25 minutes away that may have had cash available and that I should have used that one.
