Not knowledgeable of company policy. Terrible experience
All the staff are extremely nice and helpful, and the service is quick and easy. They went above and beyond to help out
I will NEVER come to this branch again. The worst customer service I have ever recieved in my life. Their ATM at this branch took my tax refund check & a check from city of lansing MI. At first their machine accepted the checked and was in my checking account. Then the next day they reversed it. Now are mailing a new check all of a sudden. The branch manger is a rude as they come. They intruppt, do not listen, and is inpatient. I can say, any time I have been here, the tellers are wonderful and helpful. GO ANYWHERE but here.
