I'm traveling abroad and having issues with my PIN at ATMs. I was advised to reset it. I managed to speak with the manager of this branch who said the only thing I can do, no exceptions, is go online to request a new pin, which not only takea 5-7 business days, but it will be physically mailed to my home. I am not home to receive mail. How does this make sense?! Chase will leave you stranded in a foreign country with no access to cash on hand.
Tried to call multiple times and was told they were busy and hung up. Didn’t even put me on hold. What kind of service is this? Should find myself another bank.
Horrible! Calls many times trying to speak to bank , but only robots answer, then instructed me to call 800 # (customer service) ,customer service answer then transferred back to local bank(which i was tried to contact on the beginning?). I wished I could give them a --**. Was a wasted. 😡
Absolutely horrible. My car was repossessed and paid off in Oct and they have told me the check is 'in the mail' twice now, over grand owed to me.....
Ryan Renner is the best associate banker -quick & flawless with transactions. Would be great as a relationship banker. Intelligent, kind, pleasant, and has good rapport with customers :)
