I had a simple request of reactivating my credit card which was closed when i lost my wallet. I had this credit card for more than 2 years. The staff in this branch has scanned all docs for re-activation and they mentioned it will be automatically activated. But it did not! When i returned to the branch after 2 weeks, they mentioned that it seems they should have called the main Chase branch, and they were not aware of that!!! Asked for a basic withdrawal and they said the safe was broken. What kind of chase bank has a broken safe? Incredibly sad and disappointing.
Both ATMs constantly broke. Property completely littered with trash. Took 30+ minutes of back and forth with the 'teller' just to deposit cash. So sad at what chase has become
Faby Lopez, was such a great help with my wire transfer. Had a terrible experience with a wire transfer at one of the Hammond locations on Calumet. Had to do the whole thing all over again and definitely did not want to go to that one again where they were rude and didn't do the transfer correctly then acted like it was my fault. Glad I was able to get it taken care of correctly at this location and with a great attitude and such professionalism. Thank you again! Very much appreciated!
Absolutely everything is automated now. I tried to go in to a branch on Saturday with 2 hours open still to open accounts and they wouldn’t help me without an online check in that no one told me they required. I spoke to 3 chase employees this week and no one told me I needed an appointment. Just ridiculous that there is no more personal banking anymore.
