I had an appointment here with Aishya. She was very professional and patient with opening a college bank account for my nephew. Also, i would like to add that when i walked in, i was greeted properly and asked if i needed any help. While waiting in the seated area, a young man from behind the counter walked over to me to see if I've been helped. No complaints reside here.
Terrible, unprofessional, zero customer service. They messed up my Social Security check. Incompetent workers said they would update my account with SSA directly but they didn't do it. Now, I'm missing checks and when I called the branch, the manager is so unprofessional she hung up on me!
Nice atmosphere and employees are very kind and helpful.
