The bank is very different than it once was when I first was a customer. The quality of customer service overall is different. There also never seems to be money on the atm and more fees than what previously use to be on my account. However, the manager and bankers on the inside of the bank are kind and patient. The phone customer service is horrible. The internal branch employees are helpful and follow up if you make appointments about specific products and services.
Lines are always a mile long. ATMs are out of service more than they are in service. The drive through lanes haven't been re-paved in decades. Very poor Chase branch.
Great experience at Chase Bank! Ellis Smith was super helpful and made opening a student checking account really easy. He's friendly, calm, and did a great job. Highly recommend him!
