To clarify, the review I wrote about the check not being cashed, I did not create the check 3 years ago, I created the chase pay recipient 3 years earlier than the review. The check was submitted and cashed weekly by the recipient, and it had been that way for 3 years. Only upon new management at the time of previous posting, the staff, including manager refused to cash the check that had come from the chase pay app. The manager was terribly rude, and unfortunately has lost my business going forward. New management is the absolute worst. Very unprofessional, rude, and unknowledgable. A new manager came in and refused to cash a check that I'd created through the bill pay app 3 years ago and have had checks cashed monthly to the payee at this branch for over a year. So I went into the branch in person with the check and the payee to explain that I needed my check deposited to the payee, and the manager refused, stating I was getting an attitude because I wanted my check (which Chase created and mailed out) deposited to the... read more

The business banker does not know anything at this branch. She is a total waste of time leading you in all kinds of misleading directions. Don’t go to this bank if you need business banking.
