Beth is the nicest banker I’ve ever interacted with. She’s elegant and professional, and I’m happy that I met her.
Some staff don’t know what they’re doing. Making deposits into someone else’s account has been a problem for me at times.
I went to the one over by the home depot and pet supplies the teller ,Rigo was amazing, he got me in and out with no issues, they didn’t ask for two forms of identification. Even though the check was over the normal amount, he gave me no issue with cashing my check. When I went to this one, Angela, told me I had to show TWO forms of identification for a check that was LESS than my previous one.
