I went to the one over by the home depot and pet supplies the teller ,Rigo was amazing, he got me in and out with no issues, they didn’t ask for two forms of identification. Even though the check was over the normal amount, he gave me no issue with cashing my check. When I went to this one, Angela, told me I had to show TWO forms of identification for a check that was LESS than my previous one. Unprofessional and rude staff
I've been to a lot of Chase branches, I currently have 7 Chase products open. I have two separate businesses, personal accounts, credit cards, etc. The customer service at this branch is by far the best I've ever received. The bankers always accommodate me on a walk-in appointment while most other branches will insist I make an appointment. They have helped me with immediate time sensitive issues and have coordinated with other branches to keep my business moving.
