I needed a copy of a cashier's check that had been cashed. I spoke with Bethany on the phone, and she was incredibly helpful. When I went to pick it up, I met her and she provided exactly what I needed. No wonder I've been banking with Chase for 28 years! Highly recommend them for all your banking needs.
Mary Huffer still has a job here is reason enough to believe God exists because in no other world such a stressed out passive aggressive person will be allowed to interact with customers. The guys like Jason milbeck are really keeping the place alive. Even the other lady who's a personal banker is clueless like a baby bird. Really it's a miracle this bank still has customers.
Jason Milbeck went above and beyond to accommodate my request which tremendously helped me in my Canadian application. Though I arrived just 30m before closing.... They took meticulous care of every single detail required. I would highly highly recommend this particular bank. Vivek Mangipudi
Most of the staff is clueless as a bat and passive aggressive like a stray kitten. Some good people are helping keep the place afloat
