I've been to a lot of Chase branches, I currently have 7 Chase products open. I have two separate businesses, personal accounts, credit cards, etc. The customer service at this branch is by far the best I've ever received. The bankers always accommodate me on a walk-in appointment while most other branches will insist I make an appointment. They have helped me with immediate time sensitive issues and have coordinated with other branches to keep my business moving. Easy and convenient
Telephone calls are worthless they hang up on you!!!
I needed a copy of a cashier's check that had been cashed. I spoke with Bethany on the phone, and she was incredibly helpful. When I went to pick it up, I met her and she provided exactly what I needed. No wonder I've been banking with Chase for 28 years! Highly recommend them for all your banking needs.
Mary Huffer still has a job here is reason enough to believe God exists because in no other world such a stressed out passive aggressive person will be allowed to interact with customers. The guys like Jason milbeck are really keeping the place alive. Even the other lady who's a personal banker is clueless like a baby bird. Really it's a miracle this bank still has customers.
