Customer service leaves a lot to be desired VERY slow and it doesn't matter whether you go in or go through the drive through. Staff is not particularly friendly. When you call customer service, you talk to someone in another state who can't help you much. Frustrating, I moved my account.
Not Reliable Well I needed to cash a check in the drive thru. They asked that I send my driver's license through the tube - which I did. After 10-15 minutes (they are always VERY slow) I received my envelope & checked my money. Then I looked at the driver's license....not mine. I look around and see another driver is looking at his (mine) driver's license. Ok they mixed them up. I visit this branch 1x/2x a week. This is not a reliable location. They are slow & they mess up alot. No better inside.
