The older white “zesty” man today was very unhelpful . I understand privacy on accounts but all I was asking for was theoretical advice . I don’t understand the demeanor of being dismissive and not being able to offer other solutions to customers . As you can do this without bending the rules of your job !! I understand he was following his job policies but improve your customer service and less entitlement . Find a different location hence it’s a reason why it’s in Gary. Have a better day zesty man !!
CHASE BANK in my opinion is A-1
I was once an employee for a HH Agency in Gary. Their account was with this particular Bank. When I received my 1st paycheck? Chase Bank refused to cash it; Because I did not have a personal account with them. The Bank Teller let me know "Loud and Clear" in front of everyone; That she could not cash the Check. I took the Check to a Hammond Branch; And they cashed it. I continued to patronize the Hammond Branch; Until I no longer worked for the HH Agency.
