Very disappointing customer service experience at this Chase branch. Yesterday I spoke with an employee who identified herself as the branch manager. I had a check that Chase would only allow me to deposit rather than cash. I understand that banks have their own policies, and that is not the reason for this review. Sterling silver Bank problem in most of the bankers in here didn't really know much about what they were talking about how to go in multiple times the bank tried to charge me more money than I had in my account for something it was a complete nightmare
