Customer service is horrible, Especially if you try to call with a question regarding your account.
Horrible service so incompetent that they can't even count loose coins. It's sad that they have to depend on coincounters so we can deposit coins. This is not the first time this clerk behaves incompetently. She makes it sound like is very inconvenient for her to count $4 worth of quarters because she doesn't have a coin counter available. 🤣🤣🤣 Makes me wonder what are the requirements to get a job at this place.
