Awful customer service with attitude and with a deposit? Are you kidding me?? You get a one star for being open . BTW corporate Chase your policy of checks clearing are beyond slow and pathetic with this line:" due to the information we have within our systems" ?!? What info do you have that I don't! BTW for anyone reading this our mortgage was paid in full..thanks but no thanks...see ya Chase -never again!
No funciona el ATM
This is not a full service branch! It's a glorified ATM! Could not even cash a cashiers check!
The waiting time was more than an hour and still we could not get help to open a checking account
