Went in to open an account had the worst experience with Sara Jimenez, she was not even trying to help me, her customer service was awful.
Terrible service. The teller defaced my check, which was issued by Chase, and then refused to cash it.

Went in with two issues, came out with no issues and additional support I didn’t know I needed. Sandra was great in every way and this branch showed no issues at all. Quick, simple, and extra help! I don’t understand the other reviews!
