Nice friendly staff! All Throughout the years of banking with Chase ;Mr.Oliver attended me multiple times with the same friendly compassion demeanor! Always felt welcomed and never shined away!!
The staff are friendly and courteous. The reason they don’t have cash? Think about it… They are located at the intersection of 2 major boulevards, Woodlands Pkwy and FM 2978. Easy getaway for bank robbing criminals. They wouldn’t even need a fast car. In seven or eight minutes, they could be so far away, the chances of getting caught would be slim.
Unfortunately this bank branch has no drive thru..no teller to take cash deposits so not so good for these things not really a full service branch ..
Who ever heard of a bank that doesn't have any cash in it. I thought it was going to be so convenient. Well it's not!
Truly the most pointless bank I have ever been to! I don't understand why Chase wasted their money with this building. It is a bunch of offices and an ATM, so if you cannot complete your transaction at the ATM then you cannot complete it at this location. Thankfully I only stopped in because I had a question about my account so they were able to help me, but I heard them turn away a sweet older woman who just wanted change for a $100 bill.
