Almost gave this place 5 stars only because I was not greeted once I came into the door and some lady walked in after me and she was greeted bjt for some reason they ignored me and I had to look for assistance myself.
Quick and easy
Gabriel advised if I open an account and send him a coupon found online, I will get a $300 credit. I have sent the coupon and proof of deposit, per our discussion. I have sent 3 emails in regards to my credit and did not receive a response. I get a call today advising I showed the coupon “after” the account opened, therefore I am not eligible. Find a different bank. World is full of scams!
The lady in the drive up is rude
The teller ( black lady ) is just stood there and having a conversation about getting her master degree while I'm waiting trying to get cash. I asked another employee whats the limit I can get out of the machine and he said only 3k ( less than what i needed ) so I went back in line , but instead of ending her conversation, she just looked at me while I stood there taping my debit card TRYING to get my cash and she just continued on without a care, so I just walked off back to the machine to get cash.
