ATM literally never works. Ever. I work nearby and try to use it several times a week and it's always out of order.
Won't honor their own checks, printed on their own paper. Will file complaint and get current administration to look into stopping this crook behavior!! Lame excuse like can't cash due to two names , despite both being present with full identification.
The folks working there are, by and large, great people. YOU WIL NEVER GET CASH FROM THE ATM on Sunday. A real inconvenience!
I opened up an account but ended up having to close it. Took a month to receive an atm and never received my checks. The branch NEVER answers their phone and there is no way to leave a message. If you care about service I would go elsewhere
Horrible branch customer service and bank altogether. My husband works 7 days a week, 12 hour shifts with no time to come into the bank. The bank isn't open before nor after he finishes work each day. We needed to get him on direct deposit and they refused to give me the letter to return to his employer insisting he needed to come in to the branch. We will be moving our banking needs to a credit union!
